Every Wednesday and Saturday, the Charlottetown Farmers' Market is the place to be. Every time I have visited the market, it is filled with people and it has a great atmosphere. Fresh, local produce; local artisans with their beautiful crafts; live music and ready-to-eat food.
Ohhhh the food!!!
You could eat there for a late breakfast or lunch, or even a snack. There are many choices. This time I want to show you my personal favourite.
The Delicious Veggie Cheese Sandwich from The Hearth has Havarti cheese, tomatoes, sprouts and the yummiest aioli spread. I am not sure what the bread is but it goes perfectly with the vegetables. A tasty summery sandwich!
